Training

MiniRoos U5 to U7 train for 30 mins on Saturdays immediately before their match.

MiniRoos U8 and U9 teams may train for 1 hour on a weeknight if they desire.

Older teams train on weeknights at the discretion of the coach.

U10 and U11 – 1 to 1.5 hours per week

U12 – up to 1 hour twice per week

U13 and U14 – 90 mins twice per week

U15 and older – up to 2 hours twice per week

Shin pads are compulsory at training.
