CPLB 16s - Played a good game but had to play the whole of the second half with 10 men. Despite this, we made Wagga earn their result and pushed them to their limits. We played great combinations with the ball and created turn overs in central areas in defence. 4-2 loss, 1-1 at half time. Can't wait for the return leg.
CPLB U18s - 2-1 loss away in Wagga in our opening round. Conceded a goal from a deflection and then fought back to 1-1 at halftime. The 30 minutes leading into half time is THE best football a lot of this group had ever played. It was genuinely beautiful to watch and made the coaches so proud. Conceded a screamer in the second half 🙁
NPLG U14 drew 2-2 after being down 2-0. Amazing drive and energy to come back into the game. We lost a trial match 6-1 to the same team a couple of months ago, so lots of improvement across the team!
